Applying
Every available home has an Apply Now link that opens the property's secure online application. Start with a tour if you would like to see the layout first, then apply from the home you want. The application fee is $45 per applicant, and security deposit amounts vary by home and application.
Five85West has 12 layouts: one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, lofts, and townhomes. Availability updates automatically from the leasing office's listings on the Residence page. If the layout you want is not available, join its waitlist and the office will reach out when a home opens up.
Living here
Yes. One surface parking space is included with every home, and additional spaces are available for a monthly fee. Electric vehicle charging stations are on site, available to residents on a first-come, first-served basis, and residents keep them moving so a charger is usually open when you need one.
Utilities are separately metered and billed to the resident; they are not included in the base rent. Trash service is included.
All of them. Two roof terraces, the theater, club room, lounge, game room, conference room, fitness center, dog park, and dog washroom are included with your lease rather than charged as a separate amenity fee. Every amenity opens with your digital key. The fitness center is available to residents 18 and over, and amenity spaces follow posted house rules.
Your phone is your key. Residents enter the building, the elevators, and every amenity space with a digital key on their phone, so there is no card to carry and access stays with residents and their guests.
Pets
Yes. Dogs and cats are welcome, up to two pets per home, with a 40-pound weight limit at full maturity and breed restrictions. There is a non-refundable fee and monthly pet rent per pet, and renters insurance with pet liability is required. The on-site dog park and dog washroom are part of the community. Ask the leasing office for the full pet policy before applying.
Residents and ownership
Through the resident portal, online. Current residents can sign in or create their portal account from the Resident page, and the on-site management office is open Monday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
