What we collect

When you submit a tour request, contact form, or waitlist request on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, the layout you are interested in, and any message you include. Our server also records basic technical information, such as an IP address, to protect the forms from abuse.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule tours, notify you when a layout becomes available, and communicate about leasing at Five85West. We do not sell your personal information. Form submissions are delivered to our leasing team by email and stored securely so we do not lose your request.

Cookies and analytics

We use analytics and advertising tools that set cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our marketing. These tools load by default. You can opt out at any time using the "Do Not Sell or Share" link in the footer of every page: after you opt out, they stop and stay off on your later visits in this browser, and the site still works fully.

Unless you opt out, advertising platforms may receive information about your visit. California law can treat that as sharing for targeted advertising. The footer link is how you tell us not to share it, and your choice takes effect immediately.

Third-party services

The Pay Rent, Resident Portal, and Apply Now links open our property management provider's system, and the map embed loads Google Maps with the page. If you have opted out, the map waits until you click to load it. The live chat widget is provided by Tawk.to and loads unless you have opted out; anything you type in a chat goes to our leasing team through that service. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply once you use them.
