Terms of the leasing special
Promotion is available to new residents and is subject to unit availability, application completion, income verification, rental history review, credit/background screening, and applicable qualification requirements.
The $500 security deposit is available to qualified applicants only. The one-month-free concession is available only on qualifying 2-bedroom apartments with a 13-month lease, applies to base rent only, may not be combined with other promotions or discounts, and excludes utilities, parking, pet charges, fees, deposits, and other charges.
The rental concession will be applied in accordance with the executed lease or promotional addendum after all applicable move-in requirements have been satisfied.
